The facility is pretty clean and I never smelled an odor. The rooms are a nice size and the residents have a private bathroom and sink. Not all is bad here but like I said earlier, only place your loved one here if you can visit daily or if they are pretty independent and can change and feed themselves. The staff overall are friendly but being nice is not enough.

They didn’t upgrade anything, the floors squeaked, and they didn’t do anything cheerful for the people there. The staff I would give a 4, but the nurses I would rate a 1. Upon first entering this facility, it was not what we were expecting.
Filthy rooms, no showers for weeks on end. A lady down the hall was dragged out of bed by another resident and beat up. My mother is in skilled care and my father is in memory care. Reviews of individual doctors are shown on the detailed doctor pages.
She hated it, I was stuck not knowing what to do. She was never taken outside, she thought was in prison. She had COPD and many times her 02 tanks would be empty on the back of her wheelchair. She ate alone in her room often because there was not enough staff to open the dining room. Even her death was handled inappropriate, we were not given a private room, residents were coming in to stare at my dying mother. I was told by the ombudsman to send my mother to a hospital that the staff there did not know what they were doing.
This and other rooms had food where it looks like someone tossed a plate across the room and left food everywhere. This was present for not only one day but over 48 hours. If there is housekeeping and staffing present how did so many rooms go without the basic of sweeping. This concerns me, because if the floors are not being swept and mopped regularly then that is why the bathroom in the room was filthy. I can only imagine how many more appear this way.
